Strong, lightweight crates at 8.5 inches have reinforced corners and ends with vertical ribbing for improved strength and handling and are an upgrade on standard, everyday plastic milk crates. Suitable for use with milk bottles, beer bottles, or wine bottles, we have a range of crates designed to support your storage and transport needs. All of Alex Baird Handling’s milk crates, plastic crates, homebrew crates, and bottles crates are designed and manufactured to the highest quality to ensure the safety and security of goods transported.
Our extensive range of plastic milk crates, milk bottle crates, and dairy crates are also good for use for any homebrew crate, helping to store and organise homebrew production. Our plastic crates are sturdily built so are effective for use as activity crates or as stacking crates for team building activities.
Our quick and efficient free delivery service makes us one of the top plastic milk crate suppliers across the country. AB Handling is your one-stop-shop for milk crates in the U.K.
Can I request a different colour for my milk crate?
- Yes! At checkout, simply mention this in the "Special instructions for the seller" box, we will then make sure you get the colour you specify. We find that our clients love this option as it can really come in handy for business and branding purposes.
How many bottles can I fit into a milk crate?
- Our milk crates can comfortably hold 8 bottles or cartons of milk, at 2 litres per container, whilst ensuring they are safely held in transit thanks to their robust and secure design. We also provide hand milk bottle carriers for smaller bottle sizes.
What is the standard size of a milk crate?
- The standard size of our strong lightweight milk crates is 450mm x 354mm x 220mm externally. The internal dimensions of these milk crates are 430mm x 334mm x 208mm.
Are milk crates only for trade use?
- No - We have a full range of milk crates available to buy for personal use or for trade use. For larger bottle quantity transport, we also sell milk trolleys.
